I'm a self-taught pastel artist specializing in Portraits and wildlife (but will paint anything anyway!) I live on the Alaska Highway close to the Yukon boarder with my family, traveling during most of the winter to any exotic place I can think of. Most of my winters have been spent in Maui up until the past few years. I have had many exhibitions and shows, maybe 32 joint exhibitions throughout Canada and 15 solo shows. Most of my work now is sold in my Gallery in Fort Nelson, B.C. or in my home studio. I do mainly commissioned work and one show a year now. My paintings are sold all over the world from Germany to Alaska. The wildlife painting I do is coming from all the photographs I take in the bush (and my yard) and on my travels, thats almost as enjoyable as the painting itself!!
