Northwest artist whom you will find wandering through the forests and mountains or contemplating deep thoughts along the shoreline of some remote isolated lake. Not an introvert, but just like my solitude away from the buzz of the cities.
This is my lifestyle. Fresh air. Where one feels so small and insignificant against the backdrop of natural things. This is a place where all of mankind has roots. I like going back there frequently to just check in with my humanity and to make sure that life stirs within my soul. I hate compromise when it comes to peace of mind and tranquility.
I'm always open to suggestions or comments about my work. I can't improve my work without creating something that is pleasing to the viewer or in most cases of art that I've sold, has special meaning to someone. A lot of my subjects are fantasy, but I have experienced many folks reflecting on a scene I've done and sworn that they have been there, so be it. Its a pleasure for me to have been there and laid it on canvas.
My titles are chosen with some humor to them or lightheartedness for your pleasure. You may rename any works you purchase from me with my total blessings. I simply want to appeal to the viewer's pleasures of the mind and I promise I won't leave footprints in this sanctuary of your own imagination. Enjoy. A glance won't do, let your spirit enter the painting and experience the smells, feel the breeze, touch the waters or feel the mist from the waterfalls kiss your cheek. Be there, I was.
