Art Critics have acclaimed JAMES HIRAM MALONE as a TRIPLE THREAT visual artist. He has excelled as a commercial illustrator, a painter and a cartoonist. In all of these venues, he has captured the spirit of Americana in its truest form. His creativity graphic styles exhibit whimsical, historical, and sometimes pathos. Ranging subjects from street vendors, churches, family, social commentary, urban landscapes and experimental. He won the first two of his national juried art awards as a teenager. His artwork hangs in many public and private collections. He has exhibited in over 150 group and solo art exhibitions here and abroad. Malone, CEO of Laughing Trees Studios, is an art teacher, art curator, author and lecturer. The former US Army (Chief Illustrator) Veteran, resides in Grove Park, a district of Atlanta, Georgia.
