Need to pay directly to seller. PAYMENT:
I accept U.S. based money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and U.S. based personal checks. (I do NOT accept PayPal) Please contact me via email at terry [!at] phototell.net to arrange the payment method. Cleared payment will be necessary prior to shipping. If paying by a personal check shipment will be after bank clearance.

Sales tax will be added to all orders within Minnesota according to the customers Minnesota locality

If you need to cancel an order, as sometimes happens, you will need to contact me prior to shipment.

Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING: Shipping will be based on standard FedEx shipping charges. All prints size 11"x14" and smaller are shipped in a sturdy photo mailer. Prints larger than that are gently rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. If you would prefer another method please contact me at terry [!at] phototell.net . Special shipping requests may generate an increase in shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: Extra transportation charges that are subject to special handling fees, surcharges, duties, taxes, or other in effect on the day of shipment will be charged in addition to the standard shipping charge and will be invoiced as such.

Return Policy and Other Information

REFUND POLICY: In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit know I cannot issue refunds for such damage as such handling is beyond my control. I will, however, lodge a claim with the shipper and promise to refund any compensation through that claim to you. Should such transit damage occur please make contact with me and send photographs of the damage within 24 hours after the parcel arrives at terry [!at] phototell.net.

LOST SHIPMENTS: Unfortunately, I can not issue refunds for orders that have become lost through the shipper. I will, however, lodge a claim with the shipper and promise to refund any compensation through that claim to you. Insurance and 'signed-for' shipments can be purchased at buyers request and expense. UNDELIVERABLE: Should any orders be returned to me marked 'Undeliverable' I will attempt to contact you through email to arrange another shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of additional shipping charges.
