AFTER CARVING THE HARDWOOD BLANK,THE EDGES ARE CUT TO SHAPE,THEN CARVEDMOLDED ENDS ARE ADDED.THEN FULLY PRIMED,THEN PAINTED WITH WATER BASED PANITS ADDING STRESS TO GIVE THE AGED,CRACK APPERANCE,SAME AS THE OLD SHIPS.
THE LETTERS ARE PAINTED WITH A BEAUTIFUL BLENED OF PEARL PIGMENTS AND GOLD PEARL TO GIVE
THAT REFLCTIVE METALIC REFLECTION AS GOLD LEAF.THE NAME BOARDS ARE THEN PINSTRIPED BY BRUSH TO ACCENT THE NAME AND COLORS.THIS NAME BOARD "MERMAID" IS
DARK NAVY BLUE IN COLOR WITH RED PIN STRIPES.
