You're covered by the Landscape Impact "I Love It" promise. When you get your print, hang it and live with it. If you are not satisfied and can't say, "I love it", then I want to fix the problem. Let me know what you are unhappy about, and I'll either exchange the print for another one, issue a credit towards a future purchase, or refund the amount you paid. You have 180 days to decide, so you can be sure the print is exactly right. For all returns, we do require that the print be in like-new, salable condition when it gets back to us; you are responsible for packing and shipping, and we definitely recommend you insure the shipment.
