Shippings & Handlings
The painting will be shipped in a professional wooden crate made of 3/4 inch
shop grade plywood containing a hermetically sealed waterproof corrogated box,
With the other two framed original oil paintings in the Transformation Suite of (3),
with three layers of vinyl lined 1/8" foam paper and plactic coated 40 lb. paper.
sealed with plastic tape to not allow moisture with silica gel packages inside the
package. The framed Artwork will be inside this package with the framed wrapped
in 1/2 inch bubble pack over the top of a protective layer of waxed paper to keep the
bubble pack from making marks on the frame.
The box will be carried to the airport by my own truck and put in Bond with United Air
Cargo and sent to U.P.S. at the destination through the Bonded Broker & either delivered
to the Address of the purchaser or released to the purchaser at the satisfaction of the
Bonded agencys identification of the purchaser or the agent of the purchaser as agreed
in writing before shipment. The shipment will be insured by me for the amount of the
available terrif rating and additional insurance will be provided by the purchaser.
For shipping of your Framed Limited Edition... All (3) will be professionally packaged in a
hermetically sealed waterproof corrogated box with three layers of vinyl lined 1/8" foam

The package will be sent insured for the full value of the Limited Edition and sent in the
U.S. Priority Mail to the address specified by the Purchaser with a delivery confirmation.

Return Policy and Other Descriptions :
No refunds after the decision to purchase the Suite ofpainting & the money has been
paid to the Artist. Purchaser may inspect the 3 paintings prior to purchase at the
Artists Studio on Maui or by making some other specific alternative arrangements
mutually agreeable to both the Artist & the Collector. These days there are expenses
that are undeniable in sending such a large Artworks anyplace. If the Buyer would
like to pay for all of the arrangements of shipping including insurance, to their own
location for inspection prior to purchase & then also guarentee the same arrangements
including insurance for the full value of the Artwork back to the Artist in the event the
Collector decides to not purchase the Suite, we are in agreement under those terms.
