You probably need to resize your jpg to 500 x500 to get it if you are still having problems trying to resize get the free resizer from infram.com or pixresizer.com.

Richard is right. The images that you sent to me - their length size is about 2200x1700 pixels, their storage size is about 2.5M. You should resize (reduce length) them using any image editor and reduce their storage size to less than 200K. Currently the miximum storage size for uploading image is 200k, exceed that will fail.

Help--I've been unable to get IrfanView to open. I downloaded it a couple of times and each time when I tried to open the program, it wouldn't. Instead, I got the message saying something like it was not a WINNT32 file which was accessible/executable.
What am I doing wrong and how can I get the program to work?
