Vampire Tarot Deck Project
Hi. Here I am again. I have posted my first card on the site and I hope you will take a look at my storefront. I am working on the finalizing of my next book, which is an illustrated anthology titled "Nagrasanti". I am projecting a deadline of the end of this month, though in the process of producing a galley it may go into July. Anyway, I hope to have more cards to put up for sale in the next few months. Cheers!

Entering A Larger World
Hello. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Theresa M. Moore, and I am one of the many fantasy realism and romantic artists who haunts the background of the many faceted art world. I am taking this plunge into the ocean of art in order to disseminate my work and to promote my style. I am both an illustrator and fine artist, and I want to explain what it took to get here. First of all, I have been an artist since I was a small child, but at the time my favorite subject was horses. I did not start becoming interested in people until later in my teens, but I was never good enough in my opinion to become a professional illustrator. I took a brief break to work for a living and did not take up the brush again until I was older. At first it was difficult to decide on what my primary subject was to be. I was interested in everything. I went back and forth from this to that not able to make an inroad into the field. Then I joined a fan club that published a monthly newsletter, and I began to write and illustrate short stories for their universe. The fan club dissolved ten years ago and in that time I have been creating art for fan conferences and other small art shows. I created art prints primarily for their interests, but I was never satisfied. I wanted to create what I liked. After much work and practice I started writing books of my own, and I started to illustrate them, both their covers and the interior art, because I wanted to show myself that I could do it; that there is satisfaction from just creating. I present a sample from my current project. So far, I have two listings for art prints I feel you will enjoy when you look at them. Note that they are small. That's because I work pieces no bigger than 11" x 14". I became a miniature artist from necessity. Now it seems I can't break out of that mold and in some ways I prefer it. It provides me with the challenge of rendering something in detail at a scale few artists can achieve. I am starting to create a tarot deck with images from my own imagination based on the original Rider-Waite deck. I will throw up prints here for sale as I finish them. Thanks for taking the time to let me stand on the soapbox.
